Project goals and Objectives:
 
To construct or complete construction of a number of medium irrigation projects in the state in order to increase the success of irrigated agriculture. The objective of the project, was to reduce poverty and improve living conditions among rural poor people.

PERFORMANCE
 

The project also provided technological and management-oriented support activities focusing on irrigation as a key to agricultural development and the improvement of the livelihoods of small farmers and their families.
